This workout is built around compound exercises, which means you are using more than one muscle group and more than one joint at the same time. Instead of isolating one tiny area of the body, compound movements ask your whole body to participate.
Think squats, lunges, presses, rows, deadlifts, curls combined with lower body movement, and exercises that require your core to stabilize while your arms and legs work together.
THE WORKOUT:
Bear Plank-to-Pushup-Row x12
Single Leg Pushup x12 each side
Reverse Lunge-to-Shoulder Pushup x12 each side
Single Leg Row-Step in x12 each side
Alternating Shoulder Press x12
2 Rounds of all 5 exercises with 15-20 second rest in between each exercise. Make sure to move slowly like you are in water. Remember to brace your ABS constantly throughout each exercise.
