Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Sometimes you don’t have time for a full upper body workout here is a quick bicep/tricep/ HIIT workout. Make sure you don’t take a break between exercises you take a break grab water after the last exercise.

3 rounds of all 5 exercises take a break after each round.

  • Biceps 2 ways x20
  • Hammer curl jumps x20
  • Single arm Kickbacks x20 each side right & left
  • Overhead tricep Press x20
  • Weighted jacks x20
